Description
Overview
The Starlink Subscribers by Country Tracker is a proprietary country-level database designed to provide a consistent view of Starlink subscriber development globally.
The tracker covers approximately 200 countries and territories and combines direct evidence with country-specific market indicators and proprietary modelling to estimate subscriber adoption where complete public data is unavailable.
The database is maintained on an ongoing basis and historical estimates may be revised where stronger regulatory or other direct evidence becomes available.
What is included
The global tracker provides:
- Starlink subscriber estimates by country and territory
- Historical estimates from 2021
- Monthly country-level observations
- Regional and global subscriber aggregation
- Commercial availability and market-status tracking
- New market launches
- Direct-evidence and source indicators
- Historical revisions where stronger evidence becomes available
- Excel database suitable for further analysis
- CSV delivery available for institutional users

Four updated editions per year, including new launches, subscriber revisions and evidence updates.
Monthly Tracker
Twelve updated editions per year for continuous monitoring of subscriber growth, new markets and historical revisions.
Single-country editions are also available for selected users requiring market-specific analysis.
Methodology
No single source provides complete and current Starlink subscriber counts by country.
The tracker therefore combines the strongest available direct evidence, including regulatory disclosures, Starlink information, government sources and market observations, with proprietary country-level modelling.
Direct subscriber evidence is prioritised where available. Where direct observations are incomplete, estimates are developed using country-specific market indicators and cross-validated against regional and global subscriber totals.
Historical estimates may be restated when stronger evidence becomes available.
